Salary & Pension

Salary Payments

Your salary will be paid on the 26th of each month directly into your bank account. Natalie will take your bank details when you join the company. If you need to change which bank account your salary is paid into, please contact Natalie.

You will receive a copy of the wage slips each month via a link to Sage Pay detaling your salary, and deductions including pension, National Insurance and Tax.

Pension

Adaptable Travel provide a company wide pension scheme in conjunction with Scottish Widows. You are enrolled into the pension scheme when you join the company/when the scheme started and will have been given details of this policy in full.

Please refer to Scottish Widows directly for full information. Legally we cannot offer advice on this pension or how to invest into it.

However, as a summary:

• You are required by law to contribute 5% of your salary into the pension scheme.
• You can increase this contribution to whatever you wish. If you wish to increase the contribution, contact Natalie.
• Adaptable Travel currently contribute a further 3% on top of your normal salary into the pension scheme. This is in addition to your normal salary
