What is the Profit Share?
As the company grows, we feel that our team, of which you are a part of, grows with us.
Therefore in 2012 we introduced our popular Profit Share Scheme. This allows for annual pay rises for all employees based on company performance, set against pre-determined criteria. In short, the more money the company makes, the more your pay will increase each year.
Profit share is not a guaranteed annual salary rise and is down to the company performance over the preceding year.
The profit share will be available to all employees who have worked with Adaptable Travel for at least 6 months or more.
Profit share parameters will be determined and set at company annual meeting in August each year, so you know how well we need to do as a company each year in order to reach certain milestones.
