Flexible Working

Adaptable Travel are a very ‘adaptable’ company. As such, we will listen to any reasonable requests for changes to your working hours. We will not be able to accommodate all requests but will look into each request.

If you wish to make any changes to your working hours/contract (such as changes to part time hours) this must be done in writing to Matt. Any changes will not be implemented unless they are in writing and agreed to in writing. Do not make verbal requests as these may not be honoured.

If its in writing, it is easier for all parties concerned to know what is going on.
