Internal Comms

TEAMS: We use MS Teams for internal communication wherever possible to leave email less clogged. You can use the relevant team within Teams (e.g. General / Sales / Direct to person)

TEAMS VOICE: You can also pick up the phone to anyone between 9-5. If there is no answer you can always leave a voicemail (which is notified to the person by email & in Teams)

CRM

SPIRIT: We run all tours through our bespoke CRM, Spirit. It is crucial any tour-related info/notes ALWAYS get added to Spirit so there is a timeline log of everything related to a tour.

Client Communications

We use Outlook (email) and our Teams phone system in all cases.

Email Notes

  • Remember to file emails as you go.  File emails that have been actioned, don’t file those not yet actioned. Others may need to cover your email so ensure it makes sense to anyone looking at it.
  • You MUST answer clients back within 24hrs, ideally the same day, even if it’s just to say working on it/finding out info for you etc.

  • Viruses: Ensure your PC has no pending updates/keep ontop of updates and be aware of what attachments you open. If in doubt, ask Jack.
