School trips to Berlin continue to offer our groups a huge scope of visits and excursions, the destination can be shaped to your very own individual needs and expectations. Fly from the UK to Berlin. The time of your flight will have an impact upon what free time you have. If you arrive early enough you will be able to visit the Berlin TV Tower for amazing views over the city.
This morning you will visit the German Technical Museum, to explore some amazing
technology and engineering exhibits, including a plane hanging out the front of the building. This is also home to the fantastic Spectrum Science Centre with 250 exhibits ahd hands-on experiments to try. In the evening, enjoy a group evening meal.
Today you will travel by coach to Zeuthen to visit DESY, one of Europe's pre-eminent particle physics research centres, along the same lines as CERN with different research aims. Your students will witness a centre that is home to 650 scientists, and experts in the field of photon science and particle physics. Return to Berlin for free time and evening meal.
You may have some free time before your return journey to the UK, in which case the Life Science LEarning Lab is a fantastic visit, a superb gene and bio-technology educational institute. Return to the UK by flight.
