We get great feedback on our evaluation forms. The issue is they are only seen by us internally. We want to shout about how great our trips are.

To achieve this we will incentivise the collection of reviews from clients via Google Reviews.

Review collection workflow:

  1. Once a client submits an evaluation form, if the feedback is generally good (4 stars and above), we should send them a Review Request email.
  2. The Review Request should go from the Sales owner of the trip, unless there is an obvious reason for the Ops owner to send it (such as the group leader being very friendly with Ops or sending a thank yo email post tour).
  3. Send an email asking them if they would be kind enough to leave a review on Google, pointing out it really helps with helping to grow the business.
  4. This is the Google Review link: www.adaptabletravel.co.uk/review
  5. Once you ask for a review, ALWAYS add a note to Spirit so that we don't mistakenly ask the same client more than once.
  6. If they leave a review on Google, we will give a total of £50 commission, split £25 to the Sales owner and £25 to the Ops owner of the tour. Commission shall be paid monthly and subject to tax per your salary.
