Tintagel is a small village in North Cornwall, brimming with history, myths, and legends.  In the centre of the village, you will find the 14th century medieval Old Post Office, with crooked stairways, wonky roof and fascinating history to explore.  A short walk from the Old Post Office set on a glorious rocky outcrop is the mystical Tintagel Castle.  It is famed for the link with King Arthur and is a fascinating visit that will fire the imagination of any child of any age.  You can explore the Dark Ages, the Legend of King Arthur, explore the small cove and gaze at the magical coastline.  The castle has some great KS1- KS3 curriculum links.
