Spitalfields Market is London's oldest market and it is still thriving with life seven days a week. The popular market provides a large selection of different organic ingredients it is a great way for your students to see how food is sourced for top resturants. The market also has over 100 stalls ranging from contempory and vintage fashion, music, jewellery, and home interiors. There is also plenty of food shops and restraurants surrounding the market; some of these include the Cafe a Vin, Itsu and Patissrie Valerie.
