Photography Workshop

Looking to improve your photography skills? Take part in this photography workshop and you'll be well on your way to being an expert photographer.

Chris will pick students up from the hostel just before dawn for a photography workshop they are unlikely to forget - covering some of the most picturesque spots in the area.

During the workshop, students will learn about aperture and how to achieve it in their images. Chris will also cover shutter speed, ISO, using cameras in manual mode and image composition. By the end of workshop, students will be more confident using their cameras manually as well as having gained a greater insight into balancing light.

Chris became involved in photography at a very early age. After developing his photographic skills and darkroom techniques he went on to take his love of photography to a higher level and turned and his passion into a profession. St Ives is renowned for it’s unusual quality of light - What better way to capture it than be up at dawn to watch the start of a new day.
