Museum of Childhood

The Museum of Childhood is a museum like no other, boasting over 2,000 objects across 21 rooms these exhibits will transport your students back in history, to a time before the smartphone! Let your students experience life when their parents and grandparents were growing up, from clothing to toys and hobbies to holidays, who knows what they’ll discover. As digital natives it’s hard for students today to envision a world without internet, smartphones and selfies, so take the difficulty out of the equation and let them see it for themselves! Students can see how children of the past, passed the time, the “it” toys of Christmases gone past and how children’s’ clothing has changed throughout the ages. Bursting with exhibits this museum also features opportunities for students to dress up and engage with the objects and a host of fun activities to keep them engaged!
