Dressed in traditional costume, your group can witness the cheesemaker transform upto 200 litres of organic local milk into hard Swiss cheese called Le Chalet Organic. This cheese is then transferred to a nearby cheese cellar where it is ripened for approximately 5-6 months. The visit is free of charge, and is located in Le Chalet restaurant with food and/or drink available.
