After arrival at the laboratory the group will be equipped with apron and disposable hat. Students will then learn about the manufacturing process for making Ice cream. They are then invited to prepare their own ice cream. Students are then invited to taste the ice cream they produce. Students will then be told how they can make their own homemade ice cream and will be given recipe ideas to produce at home. Located in Central Sorrento.
