Englischer Garten

The Englischer Garten is one of the biggest urban parks in the world. It’s very centrally located near key educational sites such as the Bavarian National Museum and the Haus der Kunst.

This visit allows school groups to experience Munich’s green spaces while learning about landscape design, local culture, and history.

Students can explore landscaped gardens, open meadows, and woodland areas. Notable landmarks include the Monopteros temple, the Chinesischer Turm (Chinese Tower) where they have an outside café, beer garden and indoor restaurant, and the Eisbach river, where surfers can often be seen.

The park provides opportunities for outdoor learning and recreational activities.
