Duomo Museum
Show all photos
Originally gracing the Duomo Church, the fantastic art work that survived the flood of 1966 was restored and moved to the museum space just behind the church, the Duomo Museum. Duomo Museum, also known as Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, was originally founded in 1296 and used as a Cathedral workshop to oversea the construction of the Florence Cathedral and the Giotto Bell Tower. Your group will find the work of artists such as Michelangelo, Donatello to Luca della Robbia.
