Commonly known as La Pedrera, Casa Mila is the largest civil building designed by Antoni Gaudi being declared a World Heritage Site in 1984. It was Gaudi’s last work before devoting himself to the construction of the Sagrada Familia and is considered one of his most remarkable pieces of work. Casa Milà is one of the most fascinating buildings in the world as it is a varied and harmonious mass of undulating stone without any real straight lines.
