• Kehlstein “eagles nest” – ride, tunnel, elevator, house & mountain world    *Open May - October 

A 2.5 hour guided tour on the 4 mile bus journey to the top of Mount Kehlstein to visit The Eagles Nest. Constructed between 1937 and 1938, it was intended as a diplomatic reception house during the Nazi era. The guide will offer an explanation of the mountains around the Kehlstein with an optional short, easy, hike to the summit cross (15 minutes).
