Iceland Spa - Blue Lagoon

Prices from: £459

Awarded the title "Best Spa in the World", surely there can be no better place for spa students to visit than the awe inspiring Blue Lagoon.

Imagine walking out of a futuristic glass panelled complex, into the open air of a volcanic landscape. Stepping into luminous blue seawater and heated through geothermal will keep you warm at 39°C in all weathers, with mineral rich waters that invigorate your skin. Learn how the spa manages to mix a luxury spa with a finely balanced ecosystem...and why not add a treatment or two!

Add to your trip some of Iceland's unique sights such as the thundering Gullfoss Watefall, the spouting Geysir and the volcanic landscape and this could be THE spa trip of a lifetime!

Blue Lagoon alone will expose your students to an exciting educational trip, however, the Iceland trip is also a great way to engage your students as they explore this "Land of Ice and Fire", and visit parts of the land from glaciers, volcanoes, waterfalls, and geysirs.

This is our third year with Adaptable Travel and it was another very successful trip. We had an amazing time.

We saw the Northern Lights, the students were so excited and enamoured with Blue Lagoon and all the other amazing tourist sites we went to. The Glacier Hike was tough yet awe inspiring too.

Our itinerary was tight and I would in future ensure there was a little bit less rushing around, we had two pupils who found it a really demanding trip and perhaps in future I will ensure that Gatwick Flights; Geographically these are more suitable for our needs are obtained.

All pupils had a wonderful time as did the staff and would like to thank our amazing tour guide Gudlaug Jonsdottir for her constant support for us when we were there.
