A new playground at a Lambeth Primary School was today opened by Double Olympic gold medalist Daley Thompson.

Former double decathlete Olympic medalist took time to inspect the new facilities at Rosendale primary school, including a games area, a wooden adventure trail, two climbing frames and an outdoor classroom.
Executive headteacher Wendy Jacobs from the school said: “I am delighted with the new playground, and so are the children. It will give the children more opportunities to improve their sporting skills as well as providing more activities during playtimes and after school clubs.
