26th September 2012

With over 6,000 languages spoken in the world, European Day of Languages aims to celebrate languages, and aims to show people that learning languages can be fun, much in the same way MFL school trips do.

European Day of Languages takes place on 26th September each year, and this year is in its 11th year, after it was started by the Council of Europe in 2001. European Day of Languages is really about getting people excited about languages in any way possible, which is why it is a day we celebrate at Adaptable Travel as we aim to excite and inspire students about languages through a range of exciting school trips.  With many MFL school trips available, from learning German in Berlin or Rhine, Italian in Venice, French in Paris or Spanish in Barcelona – whatever language you are teaching we can help put together a school trip that will help inspire your pupils.

Each of our MFL school trips offer intensive language tuition, in addition to the opportunity to practice languages in the local community.  Each school trip can be tailored to your needs, with intensive lessons, or maybe you feel that just being in an exciting destination practising language skills is inspiration enough?

So let’s celebrate the European Day of Languages, but you do not have to leave it until 26th September to get excited about learning languages.  Contact Adaptable Travel today to start organising your next languages school trip.
